A ring sling is a short woven wrap with two rings attached at one end. There is no need to tie it, as it closes by threading the fabric through the two aluminium rings. This is handy, easy and quick. You can use a ring sling from birth to carry your baby on your hip or front. It is also ideal for older children who can already walk but sometimes get tired and want to be carried. It is small to fold up, so it fits in any bag and you can always have it with you.
You wear a ring sling over one shoulder. This makes it less suitable for people with back problems. We think a ring sling is ideal as an extra carrier, for short trips such as grocery shopping or a short walk.
