Discount code & gift voucher terms and conditions

Discount code

• You can use a maximum of one discount code per order.
• Not valid when purchasing Mystery Boxes and gift cards.
• Discount codes are valid for a limited period.
• May be subject to certain categories or (discount) promotions.
• A minimum and/or maximum order value may apply. This minimum order value must still be met after you have returned items.
• When you return your order, your discount code is not valid again for a subsequent order.
• The discount code is not valid on items already purchased.

Discount without a discount code

• Very occasionally, we offer a discount on our range without requiring you to enter a discount code; this will then be clearly stated.
• This discount does not apply to the purchase of Mystery Boxes and gift vouchers.
• These types of promotions are valid for a limited period.
• May be subject to certain categories or (discount) promotions.
• A minimum and/or maximum order value may apply. This minimum order value must still be reached even after you have returned items.
• The discount is not valid on items already purchased.

Gift voucher

• Unfortunately, it is not possible to use multiple gift vouchers at the same time. If you have multiple gift vouchers from us, we ask you to send the codes shown on them to us by email.
  We will then combine the gift vouchers for you so that you can enter a single code.
• Can be used for the entire range.
• Gift vouchers issued up to and including 31-12-2021 have a limited validity period of 1 year.
• Gift vouchers issued from 01-01-2022 have a limited validity period of 2 years.
• There is no minimum and/or maximum order value.
• In the event of a return you will receive the gift voucher used again (digitally), so it has the same validity period as the gift voucher returned.
• Payment in cash is not possible.
• Gift vouchers can only be redeemed at Slings & Things.

Please note! Unfortunately, it is not possible to apply a discount code or gift voucher retrospectively after placing an order. Our customer service team cannot help you with this either. You can of course use the discount code or gift voucher with a subsequent order.
